PMG Asset Services is a division of Prime Group, a privately held Florida builder and developer with more than three generations of Real Estate development, construction and management experience. Through Prime Group's established subsidiaries, Prime Homebuilders, Prime Commercial Developers and Prime Hotel Group, PMG Asset Services is able to offer a broad range of market expertise, resources and management services.

PMG specificaly offers loan workout, construction management, property management, land planning and entitlements, marketing, sales and leasing services. All of our work is executed by Prime Group's executives through the seamless interaction of their subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

Assets serviced by PMG Asset Services range from undeveloped land and uncompleted residential subdivisions to partially developed condominium projects and commercial buildings.

Senior Administration

Fred Abbo
President

Mr. Abbo founded the first of his companies in 1974, later founding Prime Investors and Developers in 1987. Currently Mr. Abbo directs Prime Group’s national and international marketing and outreach programs via their inhouse advertising, communications and marketing departments. Mr. Abbo has received numerous awards for his professional and philanthropic achievements including Builder of the Year from both the Builders Association of South Florida and the LBA Builders Association, over 200 Florida’s BEST and Treasure Coast Medallion Awards as well as numerous charitable and civic recognitions.

Mr. Abbo has extensive finance, construction and development experienced in multiple countries and oversees many of the company’s government relations. His sense of the market and business skills often brings recognition as one of South Florida’s most influential builders and developers.

Mr. Abbo currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of South Florida, the Miami Symphonic Association and is a Founder of Miami’s Mount Sinai Hospital.

Larry M. Abbo
Chief Executive Officer

Larry M. Abbo is Chief Executive Officer of Prime Group, one of Florida’s leading builders, developers and management companies with a portfolio consisting of thousands of homes built and hundreds of thousands of commercial, professional medical, office and retail spaces completed in multiple, Florida markets.

Under Mr. Abbo’s direction, Prime Group has expanded their services and influence to become a recognized leader in Real Estate development, building and management. Additionally, Mr. Abbo has outfitted the company with a progressive array of management, service and financial products while expanding their commercial, mixed-use and hotel construction and development. With comprehensive Real Estate services spanning the state and interest within the Southeast US, Mr. Abbo forsees PMG Asset Services as a major partner for Real Estate recovery and growth.

A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Building Contractor, Mr. Abbo has implemented many cost saving, technological advances including the company’s own proprietary software. Mr. Abbo is currently a member of SBCCI, Florida National Association of Realtors, Builders Association of South Florida, LBA Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.

Edward Abbo
Chief Operating Officer

Edward Abbo is Chief Operating Officer of Prime Group. Mr. Abbo joined Prime Homebuilders in 1997 and brings more than 15 years of land acquisitions and real estate development and construction experience to his daily oversight of many company subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Mr. Abbo directs construction, architectural design, land development and purchasing. He is also instrumental in budget analysis and financial modeling.

Mr. Abbo is an avid proponent of new technologies and green building practices and their incorporation into new products and services. He has recived numerous recognitions and awards for his professional and philanthropic achievements.

Mr. Abbo is an active community member and particiant in the Florida Green Building Coalition, Global Green USA, US Building Council, Energy Star, LBA Builders Associaiton, Builders Association of South Florida and the Urban Land Institute.

Yehiel Sar Shalom
Purchasing Director

Mr. Sar Shalom joined Prime Homebuilders in 2002, and has overseen purchasing of material and labor for Prime Groups’ Portofino residential communities, commercial office, retail and hotel projects.

From 1996 until 2001 Mr. Sar Shalom served as President and CEO of Y.A. Ingenieros y Arquitectos Asociados, C.A. in Venezuela and is a founding member of Struc-Soft, Inc., a structural analysis software company with sales throughout the United States and Latin America.

Mr. Sar Shalom has completed extensive studies in Structural Engineering at the Universidad Simon Bolivar in Caracas, Venezuela, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Science degree in Construction Management from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Jim Dupre
Director, Land Acquisitions

Since joining the Company in 2004, Mr. Dupre has been responsible for activities relating to the acquisition of land and real estate projects. He also serves as government liaison where he has successfully obtained more than $15,750,000 in state and federal grants. Additionally, Mr. Dupre is active in national and international sales and marketing outreach through a network of brokers, conferences, and expositions.

Prior to joining Prime Group, Mr. Dupre served as Managing Director of Land Sales for Coral Ridge Properties, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Communities, Inc., where he was involved in land sales in excess of $300 million.

Mr. Dupre holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Masters Degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a Florida Licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker and serves on the Affordable Housing Committee of the Builders Association of South Florida.

Steven Greenfield
Chief Legal Counsel

Steven B. Greenfield, P.A. is Chief Legal Counsel with more than 20 years of experience working to preserve and manage real estate assets.

Mr. Greenfield is a highly qualified attorney and member of the Prime Group team. He provides the knowledge and experience that has enabled Prime Group to successfully negotiate a variety of complex real estate transactions.
